So who’s excited? I am definitely excited! This is the first time I’ve run one of these challenges.
For 14 days I will be sending you everything you need to consider to get into the right mindset to have the birth that you’d like to achieve.
You will learn things that you did not understand about birth and all the obstacles that we have in our way and get tools to work around them.
Who is this for? Everyone.
Ask yourself these questions:
- Am I feeling calm and excited about my baby’s birth?
- Am I fully prepared for the best possible birth experience?
- Am I preparing myself physically, mentally and emotionally for the birth of my baby in addition to all the knowledge I am building about the birth process?
This is for anyone who would like to have a better birth experience. It can be that you’re planning a home birth, a c-section, a medicated birth or a birth in the birth centre.
It’s particularly good if you are anxious or worried about birth or you had a difficult experience the first time.
This challenge will work through all your individual issues and as such, get you into the right positive mindset to have a much better birth experience.
