Most resolutions are based on ‘I must be more perfect’

As we head into a new year – it can be tempting to think about resolutions.  Most resolutions are based on ‘I must be more perfect’.

Here’s what I’d love you to consider instead….

  • How can I be kinder to myself
  • How can I show myself more love
  • How can I be more understanding and compassionate to others
  • How can I focus solely on stuff that matters
  • How can I meet my needs more
  • How can I believe in myself more
  • How can I value myself more
  • How can I be respectful more of my time and energy
  • How can I honour my resources more (time, energy, money)
  • How can I improve the relationships that are important to me
  • How can I live by my values
  • How can I do more of what makes me truly happy

If you would like to know more about how I can support you this year, please see below.

Have a brilliant new year.

Much love, Tricia xxx
