As we head into a new year – it can be tempting to think about resolutions. Most resolutions are based on ‘I must be more perfect’.

- How can I show myself more love
- How can I be more understanding and compassionate to others
- How can I focus solely on stuff that matters
- How can I meet my needs more
- How can I believe in myself more
- How can I value myself more
- How can I be respectful more of my time and energy
- How can I honour my resources more (time, energy, money)
- How can I improve the relationships that are important to me
- How can I live by my values
- How can I do more of what makes me truly happy
