What is Belief Coding®?
Belief Coding® is a pioneering modality that accesses and reprograms your sub-conscious beliefs.
Our belief systems create our character and the foundations of who we are, including our limitations, traumas, phobias, addictions and poor mental wellbeing. Belief Coding® gets to the root cause and codes in new beliefs that instantly heals the subconscious program, so you can live in the present.
Belief Coding® uses elements of Psychology, NLP, CBT, EFT, Meditation, Matrix Re-imprinting, Emotion Coding, Kinesiology and Energy Healing.

Here are some illustrations demonstrating it’s your beliefs that create your reality and your current life..
Imposter Syndrome
Person A is excellent at their job. A promotion comes up and she believes that she’s not good enough to apply for the job, that everyone will find out she’s incapable (even though it’s not true) and doesn’t apply for the job.
Person B is excellent at their job. A promotion arrives and she goes for it and gets the job. The difference between A and B isn’t their skills/experience.
It’s their subconscious beliefs and how they PERCEIVE the situation.
Social Outings
Person A has been asked on a night out with her old uni friends and immediately panics – what will she wear, what will she say, what will she do, who will be there.
Person B has been asked on a night out with her old uni friends and is so excited to catch up with everyone.
The difference between A and B isn’t their friends – it’s their thoughts about how others PERCEIVE them based on their subconscious beliefs.
Mess
Person A walks into a messy room and immediately feels anxious, stressed and overwhelmed like someone is going to judge them for their mess or they are bad for the mess in the house. It doesn’t feel safe to live with mess.
Person B walks into a messy room and walks out knowing they will tidy it if they need to or feel like it or when it’s scheduled to be tidied.
The difference between A and B isn’t the mess – it’s their beliefs about what the mess means and how they PERCEIVE mess.
Health Anxiety
Person A has a slightly unusual scab on their skin. They immediately google cancer signs and make an appointment with the GP. They are literally obsessing 24 hours a day about this scab. Even seeing the GP doesn’t put them at ease.
Person B has a slightly unusual scab on their skin. They notice it and if it’s still there in a few days time will think about investigating it.
The difference between A and B isn’t the scab – it’s their interpretation of information and how they PERCEIVE it because of their beliefs.
Above are a few examples to illustrate how your subconscious beliefs drive your behaviour and can mostly be supported in one to three sessions.

FAQ
How many sessions do I need?
It’s entirely dependent on the issue and how much help you want, how deeply ingrained the issues are and where it is you want to get to.
My experience is that nothing works as quickly and as effectively as Belief Coding.
There can be incredible progress in one session and the issue completely cleared.
Other times multiple sessions are needed. Each person and each issue is unique.
If you have big goals/aspirations/big changes, then Emergence will be right for you.
If I book in for one session and then I want to upgrade to your Emergence programme is it easy to upgrade?
Yes absolutely. I’ll give you a code to upgrade so you can discount the cost of your first belief coding session.
