Emergence is a 6 month programme that takes you from being stuck in a cycle of chaos to living a life that feels easy, fulfilling and joyful.

None of us want to spend our life feeling that everything is hard or chaotic or difficult. Or moaning about it or feeling in this state of constant panic because your house is a mess, you’re feeling touched out by your kids, your mum is triggering you again, you have so much to do, you’re resentful that your kids are such hard work, you never get a moment to yourself, you feel guilty or selfish for needing time away on your own or you really want to work more, but feel so burdened by everything else going on in your life.

I know life doesn’t feel fair at times.  Things have happened to you.  Things might be happening to you.  

 

We all have stuff to ‘hold’, but that doesn’t mean that we can’t enjoy the life we have to the maximum we can.

I’ve worked with many women trapped in their heads.  By  unlocking the years of conditioning of not feeling good enough, feeling the need to be/achieve/have more, that you’re going to fail, that you’ll be judged or rejected or that life isn’t fair, it’s  transformed your life.

 

Yes – you can’t miraculously step away from all your responsibilities – but you can bloody well still feel great and be happy in your life.  

 

Together we work on your underlying limiting beliefs, your nervous system and lifestyle to create change so you can experience relief, release pressure and then step into the life you want.

This is for you if some of the following statements feels true.

You:

  • CANNOT SWITCH YOUR BRAIN off – it’s like a whirring merry go round that goes on and on and on and keeps you awake at times at night.
  • Have the perfect life on paper, but you’re resentful and frustrated with many parts of your life and you don’t understand why when everything should be so perfect why you feel so shit.
  • Act irrationally or like a child in everyday situations/everyday stress – it might be rage, moodiness, giving the cold shoulder or being completely needy.

What’ included:

  •  Programme of work that’s decided together that we’ll work on with clear goals – these goals might be things such as ‘stop overthinking/intrusive thoughts’, ‘feel relaxed/energised’,  ‘not shout at the kids’, ‘WANT to have sex again’, ‘get a new job’, ‘not be triggered by my mum’, ‘do things I want to do with no guilt’ – these are examples to illustrate – you would decide yourself
  • Unrestricted support through text, voicemail and email meaning oodles of support between sessions
  • 3 sessions a month together, 2 in depth targeted therapeutic coaching sessions a month lasting 90-120 minutes, one check in/general coaching session per month lasting 60 mins
  • Access to the programmes I run that would be helpful for you
  • Mixture of one to one, training and accountability meaning a fully holistic package
  • Working with someone who has literally years of experience of supporting hundreds of women like you

Emergence has a 6 pillar framework, which includes:

  1. Belief Work – complete clarity on what your current beliefs are, healing whatever trauma or core wound that needs supported, embedding new beliefs
  2. Nervous System – understand how the nervous system works, ways to support regulation of the nervous system and ways to increase your capacity to manage stress through exercises and healthy habits, healing any trauma if appropriate
  3. Curiosity – learning how to become curious as to why you react the way that you do so you can observe your thoughts and behaviours meaning you can support yourself beautifully 
  4. Needs – understand exactly what your needs are for love, fulfilment, fun, autonomy and how to get them met meaning you’ll feel like your life feels purposeful  
  5. Compassion – learning to be self-compassionate as well as compassionate to others, be able to regulate and reassure and validate yourself and others in a supportive way meaning that you’ll improve the relationship you have without yourself as well as with others 
  6. Tools – learn a number of tools and ways to support yourself in the moment

Emergence is for you if you:

  • Feel motivated and ready to do the work required to get you to where you want to get to as well as be challenged at times
  • Can commit time and energy to the programme
  • Have possibly tried other approaches (such as CBT, hypnosis, mindfulness, meditation, talking therapy, medication) and you’re still stuck
  • Don’t know what you need, but you just want to feel better
  • Want to feel like you again and regain your identity
  • Are open to being challenged in your thinking and approaches to life with the goal of being free from the burden of all the thinking
  • Ready to incorporate good habits in your life

Emergence is not for you if you:

    • Want normal talking therapy where you’ll bring whatever issue is bothering you that week that’s unrelated to the goals we established. The goals can absolutely change, but the sessions are not for ‘offloading’
    • Don’t take responsibility for your life and health
    • Are not interested in solutions that will help you
    • Want someone else to fix it all and do the work. I facilitate sessions. You do the actual implementation in your life.
    • Aren’t prepared to go back and heal trauma from the past
    • Really need couple’s therapy

    What's the investment?

    The investment for Emergence is £500 per month for 6 months (we have regular check in points – rarely some clients will need longer, some clients will need less)

    These are limited to a maximum of 2 new clients a month as I work with a small case load at any one time.

    What coaching approaches will the programme use?

    I’ll work with you using a mixed number of modalities including

    • Visualisations,

    • I’ll also bring with me 8 years of direct coaching and therapy with women
